Ultimate Solution UserEventAgent use more CPU
Open your MAC Drive where you install OS X Yosemite and navigate the following System/Library/LaunchAgents
and “move” the following files to secure folders if any go wrong so you can restore it
  • com.apple.UserEventAgent-LoginWindow.plist
  • com.apple.UserEventAgent-Aqua.plist
Use Following Terminal Command to Delete

sudo rm -rf  /System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.UserEventAgent-LoginWindow.plist sudo rm -rf  /System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.UserEventAgent-Aqua.plist or  sudo rm -rf  /System/Library/LaunchAgents/* (/* delete all files from LaunchAgents its not recommended)

MAC OS X will ask you for admin Authentication type your super scared password Once done. Reboot your System and see the effect, HIGH CPU usage by UserEventAgent should be gone
Note:-This Guide is tested on Real MAC System(Macbook Pro) and Hackintosh System with following Mac OS X Yosemite to macOS High Sierra.
